In my 79 years, I have had a range of medical experiences - mostly good, but occasionally an extremely good or bad one. My most recent experiences with the Skin Cancer Center in Ocala and Summerfield, Florida, are possibly the best of the best I have ever experienced. I went to the Ocala office for the diagnosis of a cancerous lump on an ear, followed by surgery to remove it at their office in Summerfield. I worked in Healthcare for 25 years. They say if a provider is good, then the office staff isn't, and if the office staff is good, the provider isn't. I don't know how they do it, but the office staff and the provider are all top notch. I can say this is the most AMAZING office we have ever been to. Our provider, Carla Bailey is top notch, as is the entire office staff! They are the most kind hearted office we have ever been to! Thank you for all that you do for your patients!
Very happy with this doctor's office. All of the staff are friendly, caring and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with Dr. Thornhill and her staff....they were great and very professional be and made you feel comfortable.
