Ken is very unprofessional and lied about the type of laser he had. He said he would give my wife her money back, but only if she signed a non disclosure agreement to not share her negative experience online. When I told him my wife wasn’t going to sign the NDA and that we were going to dispute the charge he smugly said “good luck with that” and hung up.
