Just like other reviewers, this lady doesn't bother to call you back or attempt to schedule you. THIEF STAY AWAY! My experience with Skin by Jenn was extremely disappointing. I purchased a Groupon for a facial service and reached out via text to book an appointment, only to be told that she doesn't work Fridays or weekends. Nowhere in the fine print was this restriction mentioned — had I known that, I wouldn’t have purchased it. My face looks great!
I purchased a voucher for a 60 minute facial from Jenn. After over 3 weeks of calling, leaving voicemails, and emailing to make my appointment I never heard back from her and have canceled my voucher. I have never experienced such a lack of professionalism and blatant disregard for customer service from a service provider.
Jenn is amazing! My skin has changed for the better since going to her. She takes the time and educates her guests and makes sure she gives them custom facials that fit their needs. Thank you Jenn!!
