I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Jen! I went in for a dermaplane and BioRePeel, and my skin has honestly never looked or felt better. From the moment I walked in she made me feel so comfortable. She explained everything so well and was super gentle throughout the whole treatment. Jenny always does an incredible job! She is so patient, knowledgeable, kind, and the environment she provides is very relaxing. I have had dermaplaning and a hydrafacial done and my skin was glowing for several weeks after. I recently booked a lash lift and I am in love with my eyelashes and how they have managed to maintain the curl. I have very straight and thick lashes and honestly was not sure they would hold but Jenny did her thing. Facial was nice. Didn't get the one I booked because the machine was broken but the second option was good. Relaxing and my face felt nice after. Was charged 50% more than price advertised on booking app and website. When I asked about this i was told the price changed earlier in the year and it had not been updated (months later?). Was offered a 10% discount for another treatment but paid over 50 for the difference in service I booked. I won't go back did to the misleading pricing and lack of courtesy to refund.
This was definitely the very best facial I’ve ever had in my life. Jen was so caring and explained everything she was going to do. I felt like a million bucks when I left there. You just know when you meet a person for the first time what a genuine and kind spirit they have. I will definitely be back
