There's not enough good things i can say about Emma as an esthetician! The services she provides go well beyond my expectations and is very knowledgeable with products she recommends
I was disappointed by inaccurate information about session time that was provided. I booked my session for 1h 30 minutes. That what was offered online. I was given about 50 minutes session. I would not buy it for $100. Emma stated it was 1 hour appointment. I did not want to argue. She needs to correct her session timing on her site. She did a good job doing facial, however, I was unpleasantly surprised by laying down on the chair without a sheet on it, just a bare chair. Also, the office is very outdated and not very clean.
