I booked a facial for my husband before his graduation. Emma cancelled it few hours before mentioning that she had to be with family. We totally understood that. She offered to take my husband the next day around the same time, we said yes sure no problem. She now messaged us few hours before the appointment saying that she can’t take my husband anymore. I understand family situations happen, but this is bad service.
