Always nice and professional!
I booked a facial for my husband before his graduation. Emma cancelled it few hours before mentioning that she had to be with family. We totally understood that. She offered to take my husband the next day around the same time, we said yes sure no problem. She now messaged us few hours before the appointment saying that she can’t take my husband anymore. I understand family situations happen, but this is bad service.
Emma made me feel more than comfortable during my wax and made sure there was no hair left behind. I wouldn’t go to anyone else in the Cleveland area for my wax.
Skin definitely feels & looks better 😌 do yourself a favor & come see her for a nice facial 😊
Emma is a sweetheart! She made me feel so so comfortable. She did amazing with my facial and my skin is very glowy and she gave good recommendations on products for my skin! Love her! Def only booking with her from now on! Go see her
