I just had my first facial ever, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Katelyn was absolutely amazing. I’ve been dealing with a lot of TMJ discomfort and headaches lately, and she took the time to actually listen to me and be mindful of what I was experiencing. I would 12/10 recommend Katelyn!!She is seriously the BEST. You can tell she genuinely cares about you, how you feel about your skin, and helping you get the best results possible. She puts so much care into what she does and really knows what she’s doing! One of my favorite things about her is how excited she gets for you when you start seeing progress. Why did I appreciate my experience at Skin by Design? 1. My skin was smoother and my lines less defined after my facial. 2. I prefer a spa rather than a clinical environment. I was pampered in this calm and restful setting. 3. I felt comfortable with Katelyn. She listened to my concerns. I'm sure that with each appointment, my skin will continue to improve. In short, this was just the place I was looking for. Great location, great service!

After my second 90 minute CBD massage and infrared light treatment, my neck pain is drastically reduced and I have no headache! First time in weeks that I have been pain free. Katelyn did such a good job and I’ll now be a regular customer.

I absolutely loved my facial with Katelyn! She went above and beyond! She is super knowledgeable about acne and skin conditions. It was amazing! She cleared up my acne more with one sessions then years of prescribed acne medications and treatments have. I will be going back to her for plenty more facials and treatments!
