BE WARNED, SKETCHY BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! I purchased a Groupon for a manicure. When I called to ask about appointment times and dates, I was informed that I needed to send a screenshot of my Groupon with the redemption code. The only way to get the redemption code is to redeem the Groupon on the app, ultimately marking it as used. They have some great specials, a wide variety of aesthetic treatments, and the place is lovely.
I love this place, so friendly and a cozy atmosphere.
Wish I had read the previous reviews! They will give you courtesy reminder about your appointment the first time, and then after that they automatically confirm appointments in house without sending messages so that they can charge no show fees!! Absolutely ridiculous I bought a package of 6 and they won't book anything I've pre-paid for! Ridiculous!
PLEASE listen to all the bad reviews of this place!! Got a Groupon with my friend for here and she kept getting sent to voice mail over and over claiming they were always closed. Finally they answer for once and receptionist is completely rude for no reason at all. Kept saying they’re such a busy popular spot but from the comments their products are cheap and not worth it. Thankfully we got a refund but I was scared for having to come in. DONT COME HERE
