I bought a voucher through Groupon for laser treatment but ultimately refunded due to the terrible communication when following instructions provided. The voucher listed a number to call and a number to text to schedule. I called the primary call number which didn’t pick up and later decided I would text the texting line since it was easier for me. their hours are advertised as open until 3pm on yelp. They left their office at 1230pm, I called twice times before 1230 today. I’ve already received my refund, but it’s 6.5 hours later, they don’t answer the phone and they can’t be bothered to call someone back. They sure can text when I’m relaxing at home though. I should've read the reviews. I pre bought a package, there is no way to schedule an appointment "with an account", nobody answers the phone or the "text". I’ve been going to Skin Bliss for close to five years. They consistently have good sales. The staff is always friendly and Teresa is great! I would definitely recommend them.
