I’ve been trying to book an appointment at this location for quite some time. I booked originally for a Monday, but realized that morning i would not be able to make it, and needed to reschedule. I had been calling for hours, and no one answered. When someone did answer, they impolitely told me that “typically there’s a $50 fee to reschedule but they would waive it this one time”. I was recommended to this place by a friend a few months ago and I absolutely love this laser spa, every visit feels relaxing, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The team is incredibly knowledgeable, the place is beautifully decorated and the results from my treatments have been consistently impressive. If you're looking for a place that delivers great care, wonderful results, and an amazing experience 100% of the time, this is the spot!
We love this place! My daughter and I both go here for various services - laser, facials, etc. The staff are professional, thoughtful, knowledgeable and so very nice. Teresa R is the best! We highly recommend!
Teresa , Pearl, Valerie and Jess are amazing people. Always so happy to see me and greet me by name when I walk in. Literally my favorite appt ever.
Have been coming here for over 2 years and I have been taken care amazingly by Teresa and all the staff here. Feels like home every time and the results are amazing as well
