Have been trying to call this business for months to schedule an appointment to use a $100 gift certificate that I was gifted at work. Called over a dozen times, left several voicemails and no response. Got a response via text finally, and when I mentioned that my certificate was about to expire, I received no further response. I guess since they already got their money they didn't care to schedule me.
Customers , be warned that this business is fraudulent. It is not safe to use your credit card here with Lisa. My bank alerted me regarding fraud and found that after using my card with Lisa ( I hardly use this card ) there were multiple charges made online within a short span. I went here for chemical peel and Lisa was the only person there and took the payment.

This was truly one of the best experiences of my life! Lisa is extremely attentive to all of my worries and was able to help me feel like my most beautiful self. I have struggled with pigmentation and acne scarring in which she was able to show immense results after just one appointment. My skins feels hydrated, beautiful, and brand new! Lisa is by far the most excellent esthetician in Orlando and I would highly advise anyone who truly cares for their skin to trust in her!
