I gave you advance payment for my treatments which is quite a lot and you guys never opened afterwards. If you do not give my refund ASAP I’m gonna report the business or the team to AFP and ACAT. Had an appointment booked for today and they were closed. No one answers their phone either.
This is the second occasion I've arrived for a scheduled appointment only to find the door locked and the phone line busy. This is highly unprofessional and quite frustrating.
