When I purchased the Groupon for Skin Angel, I expected a simple, routine facial with cold sterile instruments and a quick session.. What I received was a gracious smile upon entering the location. I met Rosalina and quickly noticed her smile and a true reflection of who she was. I saw a clean and orderly entryway. A great place to go. Dani is fantastic! Very clean with prompt service and great results.
Rozalina did such an amazing job! She was very accommodating as it was my first time getting a facial. I went in for microdermabrasion and a deep pore cleansing facial. I was also not expecting a heating pad when I laid down, it was the great. I enjoyed every second of it. My skin hasn't been this glowing in a long time. I will definitely be coming back!
The service itself was fine, but I think there are a few tweaks my esthetician could have made to improve the experience. Firstly, she never even introduced herself so I don't know her name. She asked questions that were already on the extensive questionnaire they require you to complete before the appointment. During the micro dermabrasion service she should have noted the steps as she was doing them. For instance, *I'm applying a cleanser... and so on. Makenna at Skin Angel is absolutely amazing at her craft! She has been my professional skin care girl close to 2 years now. I don't know what I would do without her. My skin continues to transform from several procedures she has performed and educated me on products as well. She answers my questions and has honestly taught me so much.
