I booked an appointment online 10 days ago. I had a wonderful experience with this companies Plantation location. Yesterday, the day before my appointment I got a call at 3pm. I was in a meeting so I sent it to voicemail. No voicemail was left. They immediately called back. I again sent it to voicemail. No voicemail was left. They immediately called AGAIN, and I was not 100% sure it was the office because I didn't have the number saved. Dr. Collier is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. The dermatologist was extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely insensitive to both patients and staff. She spoke to people in a condescending manner and showed zero compassion or professionalism. What is most disturbing is that she openly talked about her patients in an inappropriate way, which is completely unacceptable in a medical setting and made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. I am a long time patient of Dr. Collier, like anyone else who went through the natural puberty stage of getting acne, as a body change. Before having a regular dermatologist, I used Dove and Neutrogena cleansers that resulted in dryness on my sensitive skin.
