Neo is fantastic! I literally gasped when I saw my lashes, no joke. I’ve had lash perms/tints a bunch of times from other estheticians but there’s something about the way she did it that made them extra gorgeous and glamorous yet not over the top. They were very distinct from the other times. And it’s been lasting extra long! Her prices are super reasonable, she’s an absolute doll, easy to talk to, very professional, and her work is quite fast. I’m so unbelievably pleased to have found her.
