I have been going to skin agents regularly for various treatments. I highly recommend and if I had an option I would give 100 stars. Ysobel is fantastic, and as someone that is anxious at times, she always makes me feel relaxed, genuine care and so highly trained and knowledgeable. Orla who takes the bookings and offers very good advice is also amazing. Absolute fantastic team.
Came in for an IV infusion today at skin agents with Phoenix IV to help improve inflation in my body to reduce my psoriasis. Nurse Louise asked about my general health and was able to give me informed explanations as to why I received certain infusions/vitamins. A very comfortable and relaxing treatment. The Healite was also a great light therapy for my skin and I’m looking forward to the results
About six months ago I had electrolysis at this establishment. I had never been there before. I have been having this treatment for many years and I have never experienced the experience whilst having treatment and the aftermath. It was way to high I advised her it was hurting she turned it down a little then commenced to advise me on creme to buy to numb the pain. Couldn’t recommend Skin Agents highly enough . I’ve had 8 treatments of Healite 11 for pain relief & it has changed my life . At 85 yrs old I feel rejuvenated & pain free . To the lovely caring & compassionate staff you are my guardian angels . Christine
I recently received electrolysis. I paid for 30 minutes of electrolysis and only received 20 minutes which meant that I still had numerous hairs remaining afterwards. In addition, I have been left with bruises from the treatment which has never happened in the past 2 years that I’ve received the same treatment from a different provider. Would not recommend for anyone looking to do electrolysis.
