I have worked with their products now for 3 months during my skin care treatments and I absolutely love their serums. Extremely hydrating and non sticky, I have seen great results!
Hands down - most disrespectful customer service I've ever encountered in 15 years of business. After being told we could order products in canada at trade show and spending thousands of dollars switching our entire line over, we tried 10+x to call and email to reach the company to reorder, and were given the run around, told we could not order, or that we needed to use a different company in canada that was far more expensive pricing.
