I’ve been seeing Hailey for 4 years and I honestly couldn’t recommend Skin enough. She’s amazing at what she does, knowledgeable, professional, and always consistent with her work. She genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in delivering great results every time. I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. I’ve also had treatments with Beth at the salon who is also amazing. I really appreciate they never try to upsell or guilt you into buying extra products, which is so rare these days.

I’m very new to electrolysis and was initially skeptical about finding the right technician and clinic to begin my journey. When I first booked with Haylee, I was impressed by her professionalism during treatment and the effectiveness of the results. Really disappointing experience here. I booked an appointment for an eyebrow wax and she took a chunk out of my eyebrow so it looks like I have an eyebrow slit now and both my eyebrows are uneven which is quite obvious. Definitely would not recommend you get your eyebrows done here as it was a complete waste of money. I will now have to book and pay to get my eyebrows fixed somewhere else. I’m hoping that they can fix it otherwise I’m gonna have to use an eyebrow pencil every day to hide the big chunk missing.

went in to get my eyebrows waxed, tinted and eyelashes tinted, came out with uneven eyebrows, with the tint looking like boxes, wax still left over on my face, and eyelash tint staining under my eyes, like hello tinted on eye bags, personally not the look in going for, my eyebrows have like uneven missing patches, one side is pretty good but the other is completely different and honestly makes me look angry. the service said that the eyebrows would be mapped out before the waxing and tinting, but when the stylist started dra... read more
