A beautiful and incredibly stable skiff! I took delivery about a month ago on my 16 and a half foot skimmer and I am thrilled! This thing is so stable. I can pole the boat while anglers are walking around with no worries of being launched off of the platform. The boat is a little speed demon. I still haven't gone full throttle since I'm breaking in the motor but I'm hitting 35mph with the tohatsu 60 at about 3/⁴ throttle. Working with Bobby is super easy. I had an excellent experience with Bobby at skimmer skiff. From shooting options for the boat, colors, and to delivery Bobby was too notch. He guided me through the build and the finished product is absolutely awesome. The boat performs amazingly well and has already proven to be a fish catching machine. If your looking for a skiff, bobby will make you an awesome boat for much less than some of the other builders out there. Not only is the price right, the service associated with it is terrific. Do not hesitate!
Took delivery of my 16 foot Skimmer Skiff on 3-22-2024. Bobby delivered my Skiff two weeks earlier than anticipated absolutely beautiful. One thing I can say about ordering or buying a boat from Bobby is that he’s a man of his word he does what he says he’s gonna do and he delivers what he says he’s gonna deliver on time if not earlier. Don’t waste your time anywhere else go visit his facility and order your Skiff. You won’t be disappointed.
Picked up my 14-6 in late October. I waited and fished out of it before l posted my review on the skiff. I have not been disappointed on it’s performance. It has meet or surpass what I was looking for in a small skiff. Bobby is outstanding to work with on building your skiff.
