I went in with post parfum nerve issues in my lower back. In one session, the therapist assessed the issue, gave me exercises and a routine to do. The best outcome is that for the first time in 5 years I actually feel like I’m in control of those nerve issues AND they haven’t come back! Thank you, Aime Maranan 🙏🏾

I came to Amie when I had an aggravated neck nerve that was causing arm and hand pain. I've had physical therapy for past problems (knee), but this time when my neurosurgeon prescribed PT, I researched PTs in Evanston. I first came to Skillz with pain several years ago after reading a profile of Aime in a local magazine. She quickly and efficiently helped me resolve my pain. And they anre great with communication with my insurance company. Over the years I have referred others, including my husband. I had a great experience at Skillz from the team primarily with Aimee and Richelle working on a TMJ issue that I experienced. The attention to my issues, advice for adjustments at home and work, and supervision of my exercises was thorough and effective. I was able to feel better after only a few weeks of treatment with some preventative exercises to perform on my own to prevent future flare-ups. Definitely come to Skillz for a knowledgeable and caring experience for your PT needs.

I cannot recommend Skillz Physical Therapy in Evanston enough. I came in with a left shoulder impingement that was also aggravating an old elbow injury, and after just a month of twice-weekly sessions, I’ve seen incredible improvement. My pain has decreased completely, my strength has increased, and I’ve regained full range of motion.
