This "Electrician" was sent to my house by Cinch home warranty company to perform an electrical repair. The problem was with the existing old, outdated and faulty fuse panel that nearly caused a fire. The fuse sockets were defective, allowing current to pass through in the ABSENCE of fuses. Apparently something shorted in an outlet and caused it to burn rather than blow a fuse. He simply glanced at the burnt outlet and stated it was user error without even testing the fuse panel or even hearing us out. He was very rude about... read more
