Had to call skilltech today about a meter read. The woman I got was absolutely horrid. She was condescending through the entire call and kept breaking into fits of laughter. I don't know how she still has a job

Lachlan was fantastic! We had an emergency power outage, and he responded quickly and professionally. When he called to ask about the issue, he was polite and reassuring. He arrived exactly when he said he would and got straight to work. Lachlan was thorough in checking everything, wasted no time, and had us back up and running in no time.
