Rudest reception lady I have ever come across. Company process to onboard clients is such a lazy process. She advised me to fill out their referral form online. I told her I don’t want to fill out a referral form with all my son’s ndis number and plan manager details on there, only for him to be on a “waiting list”. I asked her to Let me know over the phone if they have any availability at all, instead and she refused.
