The reason for one star is because how can anyone give it a five star rating when they are not opened all the time. When there is only one staff person that is there and if that person is either sick or on vacation for a whole week then they have to close because there is no one else there to have it open. That's not helping the customers who have a mental health to get the help that they need. 😥
