Dr. Skillman and her team were great. They took very good care of our Roper. She explained everything she was doing and why, making us very comfortable and more educated then when we arrived.
She is a great vet and does take time to explain what is going on and what to expect while she’s doing the horses exam

Skillman, bringing big used car energy to equine veterinary care. We spent several thousand dollars with Skillman Veterinary Services on an attempted breeding in the spring and summer of 2024, which was grossly unsuccessful. As lifelong, reasonable, and caring horse owners, we wouldn’t recommend them for these services. Additionally frustrating is that an ultrasound performed in spring 2025 by Skillman (after using a more experienced facility further away to breed) showed our mare was not pregnant, which later turned out to ... read more
