Terrible company. One star is more than they are worth.
I don't know about the engineering side as I only used their environmental consulting services. The work they did was filled with errors and the team I worked with was completely unprofessional in terms of responding and completing the actual scope of their work. They did such a bad job that I had to hire two additional biologists to redo their work since Thurston county wouldn't accept it.
