First time at this location. I've had good experiences at other locations. Today, service was below average. We were seated promptly. Our waiter didn't come by for almost 10 minutes. Food took another 20 minutes to arrive, luke warm. My toast was forgotten, replaced with a scone. My wife had the pancakes. The waiter didn't bring syrup. I asked for some and eventually had to get up and get it myself. No one came and asked how our food was until I requested a check. Disappointing. We won't be back.
