I was surprised the restaurant was pretty empty - but I think there is a good reason. I had not been there in almost one year and wow it really is lacking now imho (I wonder if management or owner changed). The food I had (Mediterranean omelet and hashbrowns) was a complete let down (I have had it before and it was great). First I tasted the hashbrowns and they were cold and limp. Skillets is my favorite! It’s always good and with so many options, there’s something for everyone. Service is always a 10/10. Jelena is the best!
Skillets is my go to breakfast places! Along with the amazing food, I had the best serving experience from Austyn! She’s attentive, very knowledgeable about the menu, and very social! We will definitely be back and ask for Austyn!
