I am a resident in an assisted living on the Westside of Los Angeles. Upon arriving from a skilled nursing facility, my monthly Refilled prescriptions were an issue, I ran out of one that is necessary for my prostate cancer, the “caregivers” dropped the ball on several occasions, so I took it upon myself to contact the facility pharmacy. My mom is in a facility that changed her pharmacy to Skilled Nursing Pharmacy (SNP). I asked several months in a row about not receiving any pharmacy bills from Skilled Nursing Pharmacy. Long story short, we just got a call from SNP because we ended up having to move my mom to another facility that could accommodate her insulin administration and SNP calls 'for the closing bill' of over $400 (about 4 months accumulated).
