My great grandmother was here for over 3 years, and all I can say is this place treated us (myself, my mother and my great grandmother) like gold. We became close with staff and they were always going the extra mile for us and others. The same people worked there throughout that period, you could tell they loved what they did. Grams died in March 2016 at 100 years old and I still think about the great care that she was given on a daily basis.
