Kaitlyn was great to work with! She helped me and my baby through a lot of feeding and oral restriction issues. The space is comfortable, I never felt rushed and always left with actionable things to help our process along. Kaitlyn reviewed my bloodwork, suggested supplements, did weighted feeds, and offered emotional support during a really hard time. Book your appointments in advance because they fill up! They truly offer a wholistic look at what might be impacting feeding and supply.
Very unclear on billing and what you will owe. We were told our insurance would cover all visits, only to find out later that we will owe $$. Clarity is not this offices strong suit in terms of billing or care. We were also told our pediatrician does not know enough about breast feeding, odd stance to take honestly. Having a newborn is a challenging time, these consultants do not make that easier. I’d recommend avoiding them.
I don’t even know where to begin, Allison is hands down the best, most knowledgeable lactation provider out there! My son and I were struggling so much, painful nursing, tongue tie, horrible gas, sleepless nights- I saw three other lactation consultants who all gave up and lost hope. I was about to give up when I found Alison on instagram and right away I knew she was different.
