This place is absolutely amazing. Went here for a second opinion. I immediately felt like I was family and Allison listened to every word I had to say. I felt so validated. My concerns were addressed and ultimately it was my decision to choose which path would take. This place was an hour for me to drive but well worth it in every aspect!
I discovered Skilled Lactation Solutions (virtual appointments, as I'm out of state) on Instagram around 4 months postpartum, after not seeing success with my hospital's lactation consultant. Kaitlyn was super gentle and asked permission before doing anything, something I appreciated greatly after being in the hospital. She helped me with a variety f methods to try with my infant who would not latch from changing bottles, nipple shields, etc. I was apprised with a very detailed after care summary to follow. My infant is small and grew tired and frustrated with sucking rather quick in addition to latch issues.
