Jim remodeled our lower level by updating and adding a kitchenette and large serving space. He listened to my design ideas and delivered exactly what I wanted. He coordinated various subcontractors who all worked at levels of expertise. He communicated clearly throughout the entire process. I am very pleased with our remodel and the work Jim completed. He has a great attention to detail and respect for our property. I would recommend Jim and if I have additional projects, I would not hesitate to call him again.
We have had Jim do various projects for us over the years. He's done window framing, drywall, door painting/installation, deck installation, and we are planning on him helping more this spring. He's considerate of your goals and how he fits in. We highly recommend him.
We are elated with the finished product. We had a simple project of replacing our step in the garage that lead into the house. I had a grand ideal that I could do it myself. I had bought from him and had him install a storm door on my new home. I didn't want a half screened door or a full glass door. He showed me an option that suits my needs perfectly with a smaller screen at the bottom but mostly glass. The turn around time was fast as well. He was very informative of the options prior to purchase and installation. He answered all my questions on the product, installation and warranties. I'm so happy to finally have my new storm door installed.
Jim has helped with several projects around my house. He is knowledgeable, reasonably priced and reliable. I would recommend his services to anyone who wants the job done right.
