Was staying in the Vic park area with some family while on holiday. Dropped in for a session and was really impressed with the set up. Great variety for all types of gym goers and seemed like a good community spirit. Ceri was really welcoming and put on a class workout. Great wee after gym spot at Sonder cafe as well for some much needed refuelling. Would definitely recommend!

Great set up and awesome team behind Bolt. Class based training is fun and the trainers will push you, You will get the most out of yourself at this gym.

5/5 every day of the week (or at least 3 days a week as that's enough for me!). You are often at your most vulnerable when going to the gym, and the coaches and your gym team mates here are real genuine people there, there for the same reason as you. No smoke and mirrors, just real people. The variety of session availability is what got me there, flexibility and they really get to know you and your needs. Strength work is so so so important for women and Bolt are very supportive.
