I regularly visit Townsville for work and ensure that I always make the time to attend one of John's early morning yoga classes on The Strand. His classes are very affordable and considering his decades of experience as a Yoga teacher, his classes should not be missed. John has chosen a perfect location on one of the headlands to conduct the class which always offers up perfect weather! I stayed in Townsville for the world triathlon championships and was able to find this class close by on the strand It was a great stretch , release and recovery And the sunrise was amazing !!

Grateful to have found John, really enjoy his traditional yoga style. Love starting the day outside listening to the waves and watching the sunrise. Absolutely stunning! Highly recommend + doesn't crush the budget.

I have been going to yoga here for over 12 months and only missed when raining. This is a beautiful relaxing start to your day with physical and mental benefits. I have lower back issues and this helps with better mobility by releasing tensions in the body. And you get to experience spectacular sunrises.
