Arrived with a bike chain that keeps breaking for no reason. And they were able to diagnose the problem and replace the chain while I waited. He took his time and checked everything to make sure I didn't have anything else causing the problem. Definitely would bring my bike back here.
The brakes failed on my bike and they were able to fit me in right away and get them restored so I could continue riding the trail while we stayed just a short time in the area with our RV. It is a beautiful store, the cheese shop next door was nice too.
Really friendly and helpful crew. I just walked in without booking ahead of time so they didn’t have a small emtb available but found me a medium and made some adjustments to make that work for me. Helmet was included and they even helped switch out the water bottle holder so I could fit one in more easily. I was able to leave my car right there at the shop and ride straight over to the trails across the street. Love the new ski hut location. It's closer to me plus they have an actual parking lot instead of street parking. Shawn was very helpful and everyone else there was friendly as well. They set up my new bike for me and everything feels perfect. I'll be coming back for my 2025 Stumpjumper for sure. Thanks. Following up.
