Drew was fantastic there! He tried to make the purchasing of my ski boat a pleasurable experience…. However, they put all new tires on the boat trailer and every single one had to be repaired due to the stems leaking. I reached out to Drew and he was very apologetic and sent me the store managers number to see if it could be reconciled (I didn’t won’t a refund, I needed another tire fixed on the weekend and they were open). He went above and beyond and personally drove that very day to Atlanta to pick up a boat that I was interested in so that I could sea trial it the next day!
