I should have done this review 3 years ago! Bought our new MasterCraft from Skier’s and took delivery in March 2022. Lou was our sales rep and stayed in touch regularly for over 2 solid years while we contemplated what we wanted. Never any pressure, just genuine “we’re here for what you need” attitude! Skier’s Marine and their salesman Ryan Unterreiner was the best to work with to purchase my new Mastercraft. Attention to detail and always responsive
The definition of a 5-star experience! Shawn worked with me every step of the way to get us exactly the boat we were looking for at the price point we told him we were comfortable with. He helped us handle our trade-in even though it was an older boat they had to wholesale. When it came time for delivery, he made sure we had everything we needed. The delivery captain, Blake, took us through the ins and outs of our vessel an got us stowed away on our new dock location. Great job, guys!
Heidi and skiers marine have always gone above and beyond to meet our families water sport and boating needs. They have taken the time to get to know our family over the years. Without a doubt it is more than a transaction in buying a boat for them and we greatly appreciate it.
Shawn Harris is one of the salesman at skiers marine and he helped me with purchasing a Malibu boat. Not only was he patient, he was able to take time on a Saturday after hours to fit around my busy schedule. Great people, great company.
