I bought 2attachments for my kubota scl 1000 mini skid steer. the first was a virnig bush cutter, every thing went well, it took several weeks to arrive- then a bought abauama stump grinder- it took weeks to arrive ,and when I uncrated it the 12 volt control harness was not there I called Jordan -he said he would take care of it-but its been 2 weeks and nothing I keep calling and leaving messages -very little response- I will not buying from skid steer solutions again. stewart campbell
Absolutely terrible customer service. The $9000 brush cutter I ordered was not what I received. Initial response from customer service sounded good. But instead of sending me the correct mower and returning mine they send me a mower head that is not even the correct size. So, for 7 months I have been trying to get them to send me a return label for my mower so they could either change the head or send me a replacement. They are no longer responding to calls or emails. Be careful ordering from this company they will do anything in their powers to screw you over. The pictures they show on their website is not always what you’re getting. It took weeks for customer service to get back with me which they do on purpose to hit their 30 day return policy. I will never order anything from them again. Horrible customer service and they’re never wrong even when my receipt shows a picture of what I bought but they will still deny their wrong.
I purchased a tree shear through Skid Steer Solutions and experienced some minor problems that I assumed were mine to correct. However, when I reached out to Taylor for some direction as to how I could solve my problem, she and her team went way beyond what I would ever expected. They didn’t just furnish some DIY suggestions, they replaced the piece that I had concerns about. Outstanding customer service that you receive without even having to ask.
