Well I will tell you Randy the owner is a gentleman. However work done on my machine wasn't a pleasant experience. Dropped it off told him no hurry. After about 2½ months he had it completed & requested I get the machine out of his yard or I will be charged storage which is fair. So I picked up the machine & had it moved out of state only to find out not all was fixed. Needed a new fuel sending unit which was installed & provided by me didn't work & when it's filled up leaks diesel fuel around gasket of sending unit. This sh... read more
If I could, I would, give a minus 10. Had a skid steer brought in to Randy for repair at a rip-off rate of just 7 miles for $500 just locally because I do not have a trailer. This was for a simple headlight switch problem. Instead of repairing it, he caused all of the lights to come on with a single worklight switch and not with the headlight switch so he cross-wired the headlights with the work lights. Great service was able to take the hydraulic hose off my machine, get a new one made and was back and running under 90 minutes. Highly recommend
