ok here is my problem with these guys i bought a snowplow last year from them and after 6 -7 months i get an email stating I owe them around 450 dollars for Washington state sales tax. but I agreed to the sale price I asked for a delivered price to Washougal Washington I wanted a full price delivered to Washougal all fees and other costs as I have found over the years of buying things out of state or for that matter even in state the seller like to not talk about the full price only the selling price so i have learned to ask... read more
If I could give a zero I would. I bought a brand new Skid Pro Snow Blower and it is absolute junk, I have gone back and forth with support and they have done nothing but jerk me around. after they shipped me different hydroulic motor which I had to wait for and by the time i got it the season was over so I couldnt test it. It still did not fix the problem they actually had the nerve to tell me to try selling it to some one else. I told them I could never sell something knowing it will not work.
