Wouldn’t use them as a short term renter or tenant and had a very poor experience. Was told 36 hrs before our check in that there would be painting/construction affecting the amenities and what was provided in the listing that we had agreed on in the contract. I asked for discount and early check in as a concession as it’s not easy to find a new property within 24 hrs of check in with a group coming. Booked with this company on airbnb. They sent a contract afterwards that stated they could move me to any accommodations if needed and I had no say in it. I told them I was unwilling to sign that contract immediately. They refused to offer a refund, so I'm having to dispute with my credit card company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE
Incredibly unprofessional staff. I was wrongfully booked and when I tried to explain the situation to the customer service rep I was hung up on.
I loved the stay here! Very conveniently located to Main Street for all the great food & fun. Place was clean and had all the things you needed, just as if you were at home. We didn’t have yo drive at all during our stay and could hit all the trails whether it was mtn biking, hiking, or skiing. They were great communicators in directions to check in, where to find things at the facility, places to go, really, anything you needed. Check in and out was super convenient w a keyless pad entry.
