Incredibly unprofessional staff. I was wrongfully booked and when I tried to explain the situation to the customer service rep I was hung up on.
I loved the stay here! Very conveniently located to Main Street for all the great food & fun. Place was clean and had all the things you needed, just as if you were at home. We didn’t have yo drive at all during our stay and could hit all the trails whether it was mtn biking, hiking, or skiing. They were great communicators in directions to check in, where to find things at the facility, places to go, really, anything you needed. Check in and out was super convenient w a keyless pad entry. I think this is my fourth time renting with this company. I am VERY happy with them, always! The places are always very clean, they’re always so accommodating, the beds are ALWAYS comfortable with cozy blankets! I will be booking with them over and over again!
