I was involved in a car accident a few months ago and the car kept getting worse to the point where I couldn’t drive it anymore. I couldn’t find a place that would take me in quick enough for how long MPI pays for a rental but when I called here and talked to Steven, he right away had a solution. I had body damage to my vehicle and brought it in to ski collision & glass. It was a very nice touch to offer a courtesy vehicle while my car was being repaired for the last 2 wks. I had to phone into the office a couple of times with a few questions and thank you to Chris for responding right away with answers. My car was fixed and clean when I picked it up.
