Absolutely terrible experience with this place. The service is awful and they clearly do not respect their customers. It honestly feels like they are just trying to take as much money as possible from people.
Very unprofessional experience. I drove almost one hour to this shop because they told me they had the correct part for my jet ski. When I arrived, I realized they had given me the wrong part. The worst part is that I was the one who noticed it, not them. If I hadn’t checked it myself, I would have driven all the way back home, discovered the mistake later, and then had to drive another hour back just to fix their error and still pay the difference. They fixed my ski in less then 24 hours. Awesome service and such a great shop! They knew exactly what was wrong and had parts on hand!
