Truly a great experience from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend this company to a friend. Ashton was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional, and she made the entire experience feel easy. She took the time to make sure all of my equipment fit perfectly, patiently answered my questions, and made me feel comfortable and confident heading out onto the mountain. Overall employees seemed genuinely pleasant, warm, and attentive, and it was clear they cared about making sure I had the best possible experience.
Used them at Jackson WY location when I was not able to bring my own skis. Great service. The pair they initially provided were not a good match for me. However upon telling them what skis I own they were able to go back to their shop and bring two additional pairs, one of which was a great match. Easy and seamless. Thank you.
I had a great experience with Ski Butlers! They were awesome during my fitting and made sure everything felt just right. Jace and Frazer were super friendly and really helpful in explaining what would work best for me on the mountain. I had such a fun day skiing and will definitely be renting from Ski Butlers again next time I’m back!
