We absolutely loved renting from Ski Butlers Big Bear, and they truly made our experience amazing! As first-time skiers/snowboarders, we weren’t sure what to expect, but Danny kept us well informed and made everything seamless. Our equipment was delivered straight to our lockers and fit perfectly. The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure we had exactly what we needed. They even shared helpful tips that made our day on the mountain much easier. Highly recommend!!
Loved renting from here. Keenan was absolutely incredible - so knowledgeable and organized and made such a lasting impression for us. Everything was handled so seamlessly even though our own personal schedule kept changing. We felt so taken care of and well communicated with. Thank you Keenan!

We were so happy with their service. They delivered to our cabin the night before, making sure to bring various sizes of boots for fitting. So much better than getting our gear at the mountain rental shop, with 1 hour wait, even with reservations. Then we just left our gear there when we’re done. Thanks Ski Butler’s, we will definitely use you again:)
This is the worst service at all, don’t trust them my friend got trapped by their sellers they keep saying to the people they are gonna come in 15-20 min but they’re hanging up on us over the phone and super unprofessional. The guy that was supposed to be here left and there’s no one to answer. They don’t even want to refund my friend ridiculous.
