I had a great experience with the Radiologist but agree that the front desk staff seem to be completely over it. The young woman who checked me in seemed to be bothered that I was there and when I left the older woman thought that my question of "do I have to pay anything?" was a silly one. We aren't all experts at how the medical process works unfortunately for her. It seems that basic customer service is lost here... Lady on front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. Lacking any customer service skills. However, the radiologist was lovely.
Incredibly rude staff. Basic courtesy and customer service is lost here. Would recommend to avoid at all costs.
What should have been a non-eventful experience was turned into an extremely unpleasant one by the sour, judgmental and rude staff. Go almost anywhere else.
Friendly staff, had Amanda carry out my examination. Hot tip, SKG have some parking bays for patients so don't pay for parking like I did!
