I contacted SKG Engineering last week and spoke with Donna Maddox regarding some old "as builts" for our wastewater system that we had from 1992 but were missing some of the pages. Great people and amazing company! When you need environmental testing or surveys SKG is your 1st stop!
While working a building permit for a storage building on my property, I was informed by the city that my property needed to be platted. I went to SKG Engineering to see what needed to be done. I spoke with Donna Maddox and she had me meet with both Russell Gully and Jack Downey about the process. They agreed to take care of the work, but also wanted to see if my property actually needed to be platted. Turns out they were correct - my property did not need to be platted.
