From the poor professionalism of The management office, employees, to the lowest quality of work put in to make these apartments, this is the worst place I have ever lived in. The shelter I came from was 20 times better than this place. When it rains, the whole basement floods, you can hear the rain literally pooring in the elevator (hazardous) almost 3,000 for the smallest one bedroom you can imagine. I worked for this company through their construction/general contractors Dept. So I can speak from experience about their building materials & structure aspect. All though overall the process/system that is used to build these apartment buildings is very convenient and quick to complete. I can say that it's about as cheap of a structure a company can use. The floors are not made of Concrete. The only concrete inside the entire building is the foundation/basement. The elevator, staircase and perimeter walls are all made of Ci... read more

Called to inquire why we haven't had hot water for 3 days. The receptionist who answered my call was very rude and told me that she can't tell me when Con Edison will be at my building and that I am calling the wrong person and hung up. This is after I was put on hold. So I spoke to the landlord in my building and he himself has no clue when it will be repaired. My last cue is to call Con Ed myself only for them to tell me that the management of the building or the developers has to speak to them to resolve this issue. For a... read more
