WOW you guys!! If you love Middle Eastern food and you are in Spokane you must try Skewers! I kept smelling the enticing aromas as we were in the hotel next door and I had to try it! First I tried the Chicken Shawarma wrap! The chicken was marinated and seasoned perfectly! ! The fries were fried golden and crisp, not over salted or too oily, and had a unique flavorful seasoning! Skewers catered my daughter’s wedding this weekend. It went so well, smooth on-time delivery, food made on site. They were so unobtrusive and discreet, we barely knew they were there. They set up the table with the food quickly and efficiently, and had placards describing all the containers of food. Delicious Schwarma and Falafel. Lots of choices for sauces. Overall excellent schwarma. The cheese flatbread/lavash bread with feta was excellent. Be aware, an order of schwarma fries is enough to two people!
We had the most amazing experience dining at Skewers. We loved being hosted and served by Tiffany, who provided us with a spectacular experience. Not only was she kind and helpful, but she shared with us the interesting process of brewing traditional Armenian coffee, which tasted absolutely fantastic. We will have to come back soon!
Not only was the food absolutely delicious, but the service we received was absolutely fantastic!! Tiffany was a wonderful server, she was very kind and helpful, and even showed us how traditional Armenian coffee is made, which really made this experience warm, inviting, and authentic. 11/10 would recommend.
