Despite some of the fairly obvious fake five star reviews below, Sketch were appallingly bad. Unhelpful, unresponsive and incompetent are three words that spring to mind. DO NOT RISK YOUR PROJECT WITH SKETCH.
I have been building for over 30 years. I recently engaged Sketch Building Design for a 3 unit development. Easy to deal with, competent, efficient and the compliments go on. After all those years I can honestly say this is the team I should have used. Great work to all. Highly recommend.
As we wait for construction to start and look back at our journey so far of extending and renovating our home, Sketch has been a great partner. Probably the worst experience we've had from a professional service provider. Sketch's design for our house took over nine months, despite their initial estimate of 12 weeks. Sketch then arranged a meeting with a town planner who advised that we had no chance of getting the design approved by the council, meaning we had to start all over again. Their designs are outstanding, taking a tricky extension renovation to an old California Bungalow with limited space, and coming up with thoughtful and beautiful solutions. They were patient with us throughout a long process and reworked plans in line with budget constraints. They even visited our site a few times during the build to see how it's progressing with our builder. Highly recommend for great flexible design.
