Getting a response from this company was incredibly frustrating. Even simple questions required multiple follow-ups, and communication felt like pulling teeth. It took over a week just to receive a quote, and I never received replies to my last two emails. Overall, the service was extremely disappointing — honestly, it might have been faster to fly to Italy or Greece and quarry the marble myself 🤔
