Overall, very let down and disappointed. I feel the service has a poor understanding and tolerance for children with additional needs. My son has behaviours of concern, and needs support to be more gentle with animals (this was actually one of our equine therapy goals). He was excluded from the service for being rough with animals during sessions. Set in a lush, beautiful and serene environment, a little piece of paradise exists, providing an escape from the stresses of every day life. It was a calming and relaxing time for my 8 year old boy who found Ben and Linda very welcoming. Phoenix the horse was a magical beauty who made our boy feel very relaxed and safe. Ben was patient and kind and our boy thoroughly enjoyed his time there today and is looking forward to a long lasting connection with Ben, Linda & Pheonix
