Awful tried get appointment for daughter 13 years old stomache pain was put through phone call appointment no use then receptionist then office practice manager not even a go she asked me I don't know what you want me to do after arguing with me ..... Claire practice manager shocking way to squeak to a mum needing help for her daughter in pain rubbish practice so stressful needs a customer care course can't believe went from speaking to a doctor right down to an admin assistant.. ridiculous 😞
The only UK surgery that does "assisting death" purely by negligence ! Medication not reviewed, pass the buck to the hospital, prescriptions not processed so you run out of medication. If you want to die legally . . . . . . Join here !
I’ve been with the practice for over 30 years and have always been seen promptly by helpful and friendly staff. You might have to try a few times to get through if you call during busy times but that’s to be expected. No complaints at all
Excellent from start to finish. Friendly receptionist and was seen today right on time by a professional, helpful practice nurse.
